At AASMAA HOSPITALITY, we understand that plans may change, and we strive to provide flexibility and convenience for our guests. Please take note of our refund and cancellation policy outlined below:

1. Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 2 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 2 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 5% of the total booking amount. In the case of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.

2. Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5 business days from the date of cancellation.
